Who was Robert Dann?

Robert, a proud Yamatji man, was deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, dedicating his life to community service and leadership at local, regional, and national levels. He played a pivotal role in shaping NAATSIHWP as a founding member, inaugural Board Chairperson, and Deputy Chairperson, contributing to key initiatives such as the development of the organisation's constitution and advancing workforce parity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders Health Workers and Health Practitioners. We honour the work of Robert by supporting students with scholarships named in his honour.
