This year’s conference theme is ‘ Reaping the Rewards of Resilience ’ to recognise and celebrate the rapid development of our workforce as a valued and integral part of the Australian health system, especially in the last decade.
This journey has by no means been an easy one, but this conference will be an opportunity for our workforce to gather, reflect on their resilience and commitment throughout this process, and develop the skills and strategies needed to grow even stronger in the future.
